Khatay Aloo preparation Method
Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan. Add 1tbsp crushed zeera and saute for a minute. Add imli paste, 1tsp crushed red chilli, 1tsp chaat masala, a pinch of turmeric, and salt to taste. Now add boil potatoes and cover it for 5 minutes. Serve with coriander and chillies on top.
