Nargisi Koftay Ingredients
Wrap prepared shaami kababs on boiled eggs dip in beaten egg and shallow fry .
For salan gravy
Onion 2 small +1/2onion
Gg paste 1tbs
Qorma masala optional 1/4tsp
Methi dana 1/4tsp
Qasoori methi 1/2tsp
Garam masala 1/4 4tsp
Red chilli powder 1tsp Dhania powder 1tsp
Nargisi Koftay preparation method
Fry half onion in oil till golden add methi daana and gg paste and all masalas with a splash of water. Now blend 2 small onions with tomatoes in a blender and add this blended mixture to the masala oil.Bhonofy well till oil comes out add water according to how much gravy you want. Cook 2 to 3 mins. Now take this gravy out in serving the dish and place fried koftay in.
