Mutton Leg Roast
Wash the leg cut the big bone and mark cuts all over the leg.
Tikka boti masala ,Tandori masala and bihari masala . (Half half paclet each)
Lemon juice, I add 2 fresh lemons.
Butter 150 gm melted
Yoghurt half cup
Gg paste 2 tbsp
Kacha papeta 1tbsp
Kashmiri lal mirch 3 soaked in water overnight .(blend )
Now in a melted butter add all above ingredients and marinate it on the leg for overnight.
In a pot add the marinated leg with 1 glass of water and cook till its perfectly done from both sides.
Now take off the leg and bake it in the oven for 15 mins and bhunofy your left marination in which leg was cooked and when its all done while serving put your leg on tray add the bhunofy marination on top amd serve.
I served it with fries ,salad ,raita and puri paratha .
