Grilled Cajun Chicken with Alfredo Pasta
Boil 2 cup pasta with water, salt and oil. Drain, rinse with cold water and set aside.
1 1/2 tbsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Salt or to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dried oregano
2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breast
4 Tbsp Butter
2 tbsp mama sita garlic oyester
Mix all of the dry spices and herbs in a small bowl. First rub the chicken breast with garlic oyester and then with dry cajun seasoning and leave about 1/2 of the mixture. Place the chicken in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Heat the grill pan and melt butter. When the butter is melted, add the remaining spices.
Place the chicken on the grill pan and brush some of the spicy butter on it. Grill for about 10 minutes and then flip the breast. Brush on more of the cajun butter and cook another 10 minutes or until chkn done.
For Alfredo Sauce, add butter,(1/2 tsp) cream( 6tbsp) salt (to taste), black pepper (1/3tsp) white peppr 1/3 tsp), garlic powder ( 1/2tsp) and milk (1 cup )in a pan and cook till it thickens. Once thicken add cheddr cheese ( 2_3tbsp) oregano and dried parsley mix well with whisk so it should be smooth. Add Parmesan(1/2tsp) and save 1 tsp for garnishing.
For Plating, add pasta first, then pour alfredo sauce, then grilled chkn and lastly add parmesan cheese, sprinkle chilli flakes n parsley on top for garnishing.
Ready to serve.
