Bread Rasmalai

Milk 1kg full fat
condensed milk 6tbs
green cardamom powder 1/2tsp
saffron strands 2 pinches
chopped cashews 2 tbs
chopped almonds 2tbs
chopped pistachios 2tbs
white bread 7 slices (I used small round cookie cutter, each slice has 2 circles )
You can use a big cookie cutter then you will have 7 circles
silver paper for garnishing

Heat milk in a pan and bring to boil now add condensed milk saffron, cardamom powder and Half of the nuts and keep half for garnishing.
Keep stirring milk while cooking to avoid sticking to the pan. Cook milk till it reduces to more than half and become little thick.
Keep off the flame and cool it at room temperature.N ow take a serving dish and pour half of the cool milk mixture, keep round slices on top of it then pour rest of the milk mixture till all bread slices completely soak into it.
Garnish it with remaining nuts and silver paper and keep in refrigerator till nicely cold.
