Stuffed Bell Pepper

For stuffing
Minced meat I took mutton 250 g
Onion 1 small finely chopped
Tomatoes small chopped
2 Green chilies finely chopped
Coriander 1/2 bunch finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/4 teaspoon ( according to taste)
Cumin powder 1 Tsp
Coriander powder 1 Tsp
Saudi spices powder 1/2 Tsp
Smoked Paprika powder 1/2 Tsp
Freshly crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
Oil for cooking
1/4 cup cooked rice ( boiled rice)

Method
Cut out stem ends of peppers and reserve. Remove seeds and fibers from peppers, then set aside.

Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion cook until golden add ginger garlic paste sauté a little then add minced meat cook until oil separates add all spices cook a little then add tomatoes green chilies and coriander, let it cook on medium heat until oil separates.

Let it cool mix rice and minced meat nicely then fill the pepper with the meat mixture
Preheat the oven to 180 degree

Put stuffed pepper in a greased proof dish and bake it for 15-20 mins, if u like u can sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top.

Serve hot
