Ingredients
marinade
2lbs Boneless Chicken – washed and cleaned
2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Salt

First Set Of Ingredients
6 teaspoon Cashew Paste
1/2 teaspoon Green Cardamom powder
2 tablespoon Garlic paste
2 tablespoon Ginger paste
2 teaspoon Crushed green chillies
4 tablespoon Cornflour
2 teaspoon Cumin powder
2 teaspoon Degi Mirch or Red Chilli Powder
4 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder (optional)
to taste

Second Set Of Ingredients
1/2 cup Thick Curd
1/2 cup Low fat Shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoon Kasoori methi/ dried fenugreek leaves
2 tablespoon Chopped cilantro leaves
6 tablespoon Cream
4 tablespoon Oil

First Marinade chicken in salt and lemon juice and leave for 1 hour, next mix all ingredients and leave overnight.
