Beef mince 500 gm
salt according to ur taste
ginger finely chopped 1 tsp
garlic finely sliced 1 to 2 cloves
sabit lal mirch 4 to 5
long 2 to 3
sabit kali mirch 4 to 5
bari ilaichi 1 no
sabit zeera 1/2 tsp
kutti lal mirch 1 to 2 tsp
onion 3 to 4 medium roughly sliced
oil or ghee for cooking
hari mirch n dhanya for garnishing
Heat oil or ghee in a deep wok add onion and chopped ginger garlic add qeema with all sabit masalas now seasoned with salt and kutti lal mirch mix well when piyaz becomes translucent add water and cover and cook till tender when water dries bhunofy the qeema till oil floats on sides now garnish with greens add some ginger Julians if you like and serve with naan or chapati.
