1 pack of Lasagne boiled

For Red Chicken Mince Gravy
1 kg chicken mince
1 medium onion
Tomatoes puree/3 large tomatoes boiled and blended
GG paste
Salt
Paprika/red chilli powder
Black pepper
Oregano
Method:
Heat pan. Add oil and chopped onions. Saute till golden add GG paste and chicken mince. Add Above spices including salt and tomatoes pure or tomatoes paste. Bhonify till water dries and chicken tenders. Keep aside.

White sauce
Heat pan. Add 2 Tbl spoon butter and garlic cloves. Saute add 1 cup maida stir and gradually start adding milk. Keep on stirring the spoon. Add black pepper and salt. Add oregano a pinch. Add cheddar cheese(optional). Keep aside

Now Assembling
Greece your dish with butter. Layer sheets. Add red chicken mince over the sheet then pour in your white sauce and spread. If you are a cheese lover you can spread some cheese in layering. Now again repeat the method with the second layer of the lasagne sheet. Now top it with Mozzarella and cheddar cheese, olives, sausages, mushrooms(optional), capsicum (optional) and sprinkle red chilli flakes and Italian seasoning(mix herbs).

Preheat your oven at 180 deg. Place your dish in the oven. Bake for about 20 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
