Salt 1 Tsp
Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
White vinegar 1tbsp
Red chilli powder 1/2tbsp
Black pepper powder 1/ 2tsp
Gg paste 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Corn flour 3-4 tbsp

chicken in all the above ingredients n rest for 1 hr.
Now Fry this chicken ..don’t over fry..just light fry until it turns golden .take out the chicken.
Now u need,
Ginger crushed 2 tbsp ( bhar k) hand will give real aroma to your food.
Button red chilli 3-4 ( just make cuts in it)
Red/green chillis. Finely crushed 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 3 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 3 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Chilli garlic sauce 3-4 tbsp
Ketchup 3 tbsp
The salt according to taste

Now take an oil.. Add ginger crushed, red button chilli’s n green chilli’s..fry until aroma comes. Now add chicken n all sauces…

In the end, add veggies.
Onion (green) cut white part in cubes.
Capsicum 1 cit in cubes.
