Ingredients
Beef mince 1/2kg
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Raw papaya paste 1tbsp
Roasted Gram flour 1tbsp
1 Medium onion paste
Green chilli paste 1tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Yoghurt 1cup
Brown onion 1cup
Roasted and crushed cumin 1tsp
Oil 1/2cup
Julian ginger 1tbsp
Mint and coriander leaves 1cup
Lemon juice 2tbsp
Special masala:
Black cumin 1/2tsp
1 small bay leaf
Black cardamom 1
Green cardamom 6-7
Star anise 1
Cloves 2-3
Poppy seeds 1tbsp
Desiccated coconut 1tbsp
Nutmeg and mice 1/4tsp each
Dry roast all above spices and grind them into a fine powder.
Method
Marinate mince with raw papaya and Gram flour and leave it for 1-2hours.

Now heat oil add onion nd green chilli paste nd fry well now add ginger garlic paste turmeric red chilli powder and fry well add merinated mince and yogurt cover it nd cook till water dries out now add special masala zeera powder brown onion cover nd put it on dum for 15 mins. Lastly add coriander nd mint leaves Julian ginger lemon juice nd coal smoke. Serve with paratha.
