1/2 kg boneless chicken in cubes
2 capsicum, cut in cubes
2 tomatoes, remove seeds and cut in cubes
2 onions, cut in cubes
1/2 tsp mustard paste
2 tbsp. garlic and ginger paste
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. chilli garlic sauce
1 tbsp. Worcester sauce
1 tsp. red chilli powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper powder
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 tbsp. corn flour
Salt to taste
Oil as required
Marinate chicken with gg paste, tomato ketchup, chilli garlic sauce, Worcester sauce, salt, black and white pepper, red chilli powder, mustard paste oil and corn flour. Set it aside for 1 hour.
Heat oil and cook this marinated chicken for about 5 minutes. When it is half done add ketchup and chilli sauce and stir fry it for some time.
Now take skewers, Add capsicum, tomato, onion and then cooked chicken cube, repeat the process 2 times more.
Now grill the sticks on frying pan/griller for 5 minutes, grill it until the chicken gets fully cooked. Keep the veggies crispy, do not overcook them!
Heat one teaspoon oil and sauté garlic in it. Add tomato puree, chilli garlic sauce, tomato ketchup, red chilli flakes, salt, soya sauce, vinegar and one teaspoon paprika powder. Cook for 3-4 minutes and then add cornflour in one cup chicken stock or one cup water that’s up to your choice. Cook for five minutes more till the sauce thickens.
